| So...in the midst of writing yet another essay for a Wash. U. Scholarship...I decided it was time to update you curious friends of mine.
I was accepted to University of Michigan and Ohio State University!! I'm still waiting until April to hear about the four other schools I applied to (Northwestern, Tufts, Boston University, and Washington University in St. Louis)...but it's really nice to know that I have options and that I'm going to college!
At midnight, it will be the year I graduate high school & go to college. It will no longer be the year of Israel, applications, or being elected to NEL Exec. Brand new year, mysteries will unfold, new people to meet, goodbyes to conquer, lots to accomplish.
Here's the schedule:
Jan 3-7: TORONTO! Jillie, Adam, Shaney, Elie, Dana, Byron, Doron, Mikey, Dev, Laur, Jess, Carli, Leah, Caroline :) It's going to be good.
Jan 17-18: Finals
Feb 3-5: Winter Kallah
Feb 17-20: NFTY Veida (aka MidYear Boards)
March 12: Purim Carnival
March 16: I TURN 18!
March 17-19: Debates
April (1st week): Spring Break
April 21-23: Spring Kallah
May 1: Temple Graduation
May 12-14: Spring Boards
June 4: Graduation!!
There's so much to be done. And so much has been done. I say...bring it on.
